What are the different sections in the shop?
To help you navigate my available work, I organized the glass into three main categories:

Featured Products: The newest, most recent glass marbles fresh out of the kiln and available for purchase.

From the Vault: A small batch offering of older work that has been held in my personal archive and is now being made available to collectors for a limited time.
Discounts
Do I need a coupon code for automatic discounts?
Big Cartel automatically applies a percentage discount directly in your shopping cart once your order total reaches a specific amount:
- Discount breakpoints are at $50/$350/$750/$1450 with a discount ranging from 10%-30%
(Note: Order totals are calculated before shipping costs and taxes. Only one discount can be applied per order at checkout.)
Shipping Information
How quickly do orders ship?
Orders are safely packaged and handed to the carrier within 1 to 3 business days. Once the shipping label is created, Big Cartel will automatically send you a shipping confirmation email with your USPS tracking link. I do my best to pack and ship orders ASAP, usually by the next business day.
How are marbles packaged?
I use minimal, functional packaging to keep shipping costs down and avoid unnecessary waste. Every marble is securely wrapped in bubble wrap and packed in a sturdy cardboard box with paper filler so it doesn't move around during transit. Shipping is not fancy, but it is safe and secure.
What are your shipping rates?
We offer simple flat-rate shipping options at checkout:

Domestic (US): $9 Flat Rate — Shipped via USPS Priority Mail (typically 1–3 business days transit once shipped). Shipping Insurance is not included. If you need a package to have signature confimation, please reach out to me after the purchase.

International: $32 Flat Rate — Shipped via USPS First-Class Package International Service (typically 1–3 weeks transit depending on customs).
What about international customs and duties?
International buyers are responsible for any custom fees, import taxes, or VAT collected by your home country upon delivery.

If you are placing an international order, please reach out to me directly before or immediately after buying to discuss shipping details (correct shipping address confirmation) and custom requirements for your package.
Returns & Policy
What is your return policy?
Because each piece is handmade, returns are generally not accepted. All sales are final. If you experience an issue with your order, please reach out within 2 days of delivery.
